Governance at the African Women's Development and Communication Network (FEMNET) is carried out by two organs, the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees. These two work together to ensure FEMNET's officials are loyal to the organizations goals, ambitious in increasing their effectiveness and delivering on our constituency - women across the continent.
On 26th to 27th February 2013, FEMNET members (organizational and individual members) held an Extra Ordinary General Assembly in Nairobi, Kenya, in which the following were elected as Interim Board Members:-
